PUEBLO — It was a crown jewel in Pueblo’s historical past and now El Pueblo Historical past Museum has an exhibit on Mineral Palace.
The palace housed the world’s largest assortment of rocks, metals, and gems throughout its time. It opened in 1891 and was demolished in 1943 as a result of repairs had been getting costly
The exhibit has artifacts and shows sharing the legacy of the palace. A park was named in its honor close to downtown.
